Stanford Space Weather Monitors
The Data-Driven D-Region model and the International Reference Ionosphere combine to produce D-, E-, and F-region ionosphere description for the current time and geophysical conditions.
Current Conditions
The geographic region modeled is the western United States. Results of the model provide the following characteristics:
Ionospheric Peak Densities
The densities at the peak of the D, E, and F regions are shown in the plot below for the center of the model region.
