The Rigorous Climatology Test compares the average of the model runs with
the average of the data. The list of days for which we have data is available
here. It is not required by the test to
submit model runs for each of these days, although, the more days submitted
the better the accuracy. For this reason it is recommended that the model
is submitted for all of the days listed if possible. If you want results
for each of the metric bins, then in the profiles submitted there must be
days from each bin present. These lists of days are available below and are
arranged by hour. The latitude and longitude of Arecibo are also given
below.

Each day's worth of submitted profiles need to be in a data file titled 'profilesYYYYMMDD.dat'. For example, the title of the file containing all of my profiles for the day 2006/07/01 would be titled 'profiles20060701.dat'. Each submitted data file needs to have 7 columns. The data contained in each column is as follows
