Current Ionosonde Receiver MF/HF Broadcast Summary Plots

The following summary plots have been generated from data collected by the Space Environment Corporation Canadian Advanced Digital Ionosonde (CADI) at the Utah State University Bear Lake Observatory. These data are taken from the receiver scans (covering 1-3 MHz and 1-20 MHz ranges) for particular frequencies of interest. Specifically, the following frequencies are monitored:

Note that the plots show received signal strength on the specified frequency, which is not necessarily the signal of the stations listed above. Natural interference (e.g. thunderstorms) and stations on nearby frequencies may contribute to the observed signal levels.

Local sunrise occurs between about 1200-1600 UT and local sunset occurs between about 0000-0400 UT depending on season.
