The Data-Driven D-Region model and the International Reference Ionosphere combine to produce D-, E-, and F-Region ionosphere description for the current time and geophysical conditions. This model is the time-dependent version of the ABBYNORMAL model provided to the CCMC ABsorption BY the d- & e- regions of signals with NORMAL incidence.
